About Brent Kirkby – Founder, Xanfrey

Brent’s career has consistently focused on helping organisations achieve sustainable growth through technology-driven solutions, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. He has held senior leadership roles including Asia Pacific Director of Market Deployment, Partnering and Alliances, where he successfully built and managed high-value strategic alliances with global consulting leaders such as Accenture, BearingPoint, and PwC. In these roles, he was responsible for driving revenue growth exceeding $50 million, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver measurable results at scale.
His expertise extends across partnering and channel alliances, IP development and implementation, strategic marketing, sales enablement, and operational insight. Brent has also worked extensively in the IT space with major vendors including MicroStrategy, Cognos, Microsoft, and Apple, helping to shape go-to-market strategies, geodemographic applications, CRM solutions, and advanced market segmentation models.
As a consultant, Brent has advised some of Australia’s most recognised corporations, including Coca-Cola Amatil, Australia Post, NAB, St George, CBA, Optus, and Telstra, guiding them through growth strategies, technology adoption, and customer-centric transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked with BHP, Geospend (Australia Post), Teradata – a division of NCR, and PwC Private Client Services, before moving into entrepreneurship as the owner and managing director of EasiGreen and Kyora Horticultural Services, where he built profitable enterprises from the ground up.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Business – Marketing Major,  with a sub-major in International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Alongside a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering , Brent has credentials in AI with RMIT and Harvard Business School. His ability to blend strategic thinking with technical and operational depth makes him uniquely positioned to support businesses navigating today’s disruption-heavy environment.
